Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Palacios Law Office and its owners, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your activities in connection with the Site; (b) any violation of this Agreement by you; and (c) any improper or unauthorized use of the Materials by you.

Jurisdictional Issues

The Site is controlled and operated by Palacios Law Office from Riverside, California, USA, and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of California and the United States of America. We do not represent or warrant that the Site or Materials are appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. You alone are responsible for complying with your local laws. You agree not to transport, import, export or re-export all or any part of the Materials in contravention of any United States embargo, executive order, law or regulation.

Governing Law and Forum

For all purposes this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its choice of law rules (or those of any other state or nation) and regardless of which state’s, or nation’s, laws would control, if at all, otherwise. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts sitting in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, California, for any dispute arising under or regarding this Agreement.
